For this design, we focused on what was achievable within the constraints of a tight site, thoughtfully fitting in all the spatial requirements, along with additional elements that were important to our client, particularly spaces geared toward entertaining and social connection.

The orientation of the site posed a challenge, as it wasn’t naturally aligned to the North to maximize sunlight.

As a result, we were thoughtful with the positioning of the spaces and use of glass to allow for filtered natural light to flow through, creating a bright, airy atmosphere while still maintaining a strong sense of privacy. Internally, the palette was kept soft and refined, with light, neutral tones selected to enhance the feeling of calm and openness. The interiors reflect a more delicate approach, designed to feel effortlessly elegant and welcoming.
