Complete spatial and layout renovation for an under-utilized penthouse in Green Point. Penthouse A has been designed in creating an open design where each space has a view of the outside. It has also been designed around the light and the magnificent views of Greenpoint Park.

The design plays with the idea of light and dark. This is seen in the shift of spaces where the kitchen starts with the darkness and then blends into light as one moves from the dinning room to the lounge.

The kitchen is dark charcoal, which makes it a focal point in the design. Mirrors have been used to bring in the light and reflect the views from inside the house. This project was taken from inception through to close out, and management of all teams as the clients were based internationally. We fitted the apartment out down to the Finishes, furniture & decor.
