The brief was centered around transforming the house into a functional family home, one that reflects the clients’ lifestyle and how they envision raising their children.

The design embraces an open-plan layout with natural transitions between family-oriented and entertainment-focused spaces, ensuring fluidity and ease of movement throughout. Privacy was thoughtfully addressed by setting the entrance and façade back from the boundary, creating a more intimate and welcoming threshold into the home. Inside, a beautifully layered interior unfolds, balancing heritage references through forms and materials, while introducing contemporary warmth. The result is a home that’s both grounded in its past and perfectly suited for modern family living and entertaining.
